WHO TAY ARE
Transition Age Youth (TAY) are young people, usually aged 18 to 25, who are moving into adulthood after challenging experiences. This includes those leaving systems like child welfare, juvenile justice, education, or mental health due to aging out or finishing their plans, such as graduating. Although TAY face many challenges, they can lead successful adult lives with the right resources and support.
WHO WE ARE
We support US Transitional Age Youth (TAY) as they navigate the various challenges life presents. Our primary goal is to promote their independence through personalized coaching sessions, comprehensive skill development opportunities, and the valuable experience of learning a second language. Additionally, we guide them toward higher education pathways, which further equip them for success. This holistic approach not only assists them in securing stable housing but also empowers them to manage their finances effectively and prepare for a successful and fulfilling future.
WHO WE HELP
Our organization focuses on Transitional Age Youth (TAY) who have either obtained or are working toward completing a high school diploma or GED. We seek individuals with a clean adult record and an unquenchable ambition to break free from unproductive circumstances in pursuit of opportunities for unlimited personal and professional growth.
